OTA Rollout Console

Two populations, two pointers: Fleet = firmware/latest (unsigned hubs) · Signed = firmware/latestSigned (Secure Boot hubs, firmwareChannel:'signed'). The binary must already be built, signed if applicable, & uploaded to GCS (see docs/dz-h1-signed-ota-runbook.md). Per-channel >30% auto-pause needs ≥3 recently-updated hubs in the channel; below that only the per-hub rollback auto-pause backstop is live.
